I'm a 20-year-old Film Studies/Production major at Hofstra University. I spent the last few years with dreams of becoming a filmmaker but my cynicism about the system has built up and now I primarily want to be a writer. I still adore the art of the cinema though. I was a regular fixture on this site during my "Nobody Understands Me" phase in high school, banging out poem after poem in which I whined and bitched about my lack of a love life, but I think I've moved on quite a bit. I didn't want to come back here unless I was truly satisfied with my work, so I am, so I'm here again. I hope you enjoy my work.
