About My Work: Things You Don't Want To Know
This is a profile, correct? So is this the place where I randomly blab on and on about myself? Well let’s see; for any of you that have already read my works, you must have realized by now that they’re, well, pretty short. I’ve only been writing for a few years now, my first poem was inspired by not too happy circumstances; I started writing about love and conflicting emotions and such, and slowly shifted over to poems of nature, don’t you love nature?
Poetry is a way for me to relieve my stress by putting into words what is going through my twisted little head, or creating a place or situation I want to be in. Almost none of my poetry is based on actual situations, although some are based on very real emotions. I’ll leave it up to you, the reader, to decide which is which. You get to decide what kind of person I am.
So why on earth is this psychotic individual so completely dedicated to one form of writing? Well, here’s the answer: I have no patience. Sure, I have ideas for stories, and novels, and grand tales of good versus evil, but I just can’t keep with it; and so I stick to poetry. Nice, simple, poetry where there are no grammar rules, where there are no "do’s and don’t’s," where I can do whatever I want to do with the language, and it’s accepted. I don’t have to develop my ideas, and plan for months. I just put pen to paper and let my ideas flow onto the page. So you will not see many stories here, no fiction to lavish long reviews upon, just simple words for the soul. Nice short little works to read when you’re bored.
It seems my inspiration is slowly creeping back. Sure, one poem every few months isn't much, but considering my recent track record, it's nothing to sneeze at. We'll see if I can come up with some more. As always, reviews are appreciated. I want to know what you think, whether you loved it, or hated it. I hope that you enjoy my poetry, and I look forward to your thoughts.
The following is dated
Unfortunately or not, I’ve been having a bit of a dry spell. I can’t seem to string my words together as eloquently as before, nor can I find the inspiration to attempt to do so. In desperation, I turned to writing my experiences in Korea. I doubt this retrospective journal will continue any further, but if you don’t mind that the pages drip with sarcasm, go ahead and try it.

Head in the Clouds
I was feeling kinda strange when I wrote overcast, so go ahead and ignore it.
French II
Sorry about my French in "If I Could, I Would," feel free to fix it for me if I'm off.
You’re the best Tree!
Thank you both, Tree and Geoff, for all of the reviews!
