I'm just a failed Diffusionist writing 'drunken ho poetry' (not my description.) I live in Leith/ Edinburgh/ Scotland/ the world depending on how I feel.

Music: Groanbox Boys, (FREEDOM BOOT!!) Elliott Smith, The Pogues, Southern Tenant Folk Union, Dr John, Hayes Carll, Martyn Bennett, Coal Porters, Nanci Griffith, Gordeanna McCulloch, Tom Waits, anything else with a banjo and traditional Scottish music.

I am inspired by just about everything, although most of it is so mind-expanding I can't remember how to write when I'm having my ideas. Henryson would not be impressed, but there's only so much guilt tripping you can take off of a chicken.
