A brief explanation of what Splintered Dreams is. It started out as a brief attempt to see just what Cat Skyfire and I were able to do if we wrote together. From there, it blossomed from one bud into an entire rainforest of stories and characters and tribes. And it's still going strong. Some of the stories are unfinished. Some will never be finished. But you'll be able to get a glimpse of just what we see inside our heads when thinking about our own stories. Although we began by using ElfQuest-style characters, this is a very alternate and much darker world view than what the Pinis initially created. Do not hold them responsible. It is our doing, not theirs. Finally, a word of caution: We have, over the time spent writing, lost much of our inhibitions. We now write about sex rather graphically, and some of the violence within the stories following is also graphic. As I get the stories posted, there WILL be warnings for each. Read the warnings, please. We will not be responsible if you decide you don't like something. You will. And do not flame us. All you'll get for your effort is silence.
