So I changed my name. I've been getting fairly well-known in some circles under the name "HarmonianHiccup" so I'm changing alot of things to reflect that. But...I'm still me.:) Still Good ol' Nariel Narbeleth. ;)
I figured it was about time to update this pitifully out-dated bio.There's not too much to say about me, most of what one would wish to learn of me can be easily discerned by reading a few of yonder poems and stories. I am afraid that I am a painfully open page to whomever wishes to read my writing.
I have been a fan of Tolkien's master work The Lord of the Rings since the tender age of eight, and am also a great fan of C.S. Lewis. I find the works of distinguished people like St. Augustine, Shakespeare (I probably spelled that wrong. Oh well.) and Voltaire to be highly valuable and enjoyable to boot, but I still manage to find much pleasure in popular mysteries and fantasies.
This summer has been "the summer of popular fantasy," for me, I am slightly chagrined to admit. I cannot, however, deny the fact that I have thoroughly enjoyed every page of the Belgariad, the Mallorean, (both by David Eddings) and the Dark Elf Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore. Fifteen books in the space of a month and a half is nothing to shake your finger at.
But I digress.
Please, take a read of what I have to offer and don't judge too harshly. Bear in mind that nothing is truely as it seems from the outside.
