I am a 21-year-old woman from rural Pennsylvania, and I love writing and dancing, singing and acting, pretty much anything to do with the arts! I've been in the US Army for almost 5 years now, hard to believe it's been so long and I only have 1 year left on my contract; I've had some great experiences, made some wonderful friends, and I've also had my share of... harder times, like spending a year in Iraq. I hope that the obstacles I've faced will help me grow as a writer.
I've been writing since I learned how, my first short story came about when I was only 5-years-old and it was about a fish who wouldn't swim without a bathing suit on! Since then, I've written 4 full-length novels (though none of them are published) and countless short stories, including fanfiction. I recently overhauled my entire selection here on FictionPress, and deleted the majority of my older stories; however, I kept up my historical fiction, "A Texas Cowboy", "With Love" and the sequel "Forever Love". If you read, please review, and if you review, please try to remember that those stories were written long ago and-- while constructive criticism is appreciated --I have improved quite a bit.
I hope to start posting here again soon, I'm working on rewriting "A Texas Cowboy" and integrating a lot of the facts some reviewers pointed out to me... I hope to make it a much more enjoyable read, with more accurate details. 'Til then, adios!
