Bonjour Mon Amis!

This indeed has been a beautiful summer. I have not been back on fpn for ages...
I guess I'm just too lazy to update anything. Well... at least I can type an interesting bio... or not.

Anyway, to everyone who reviewed any of my poems, thank you very much.
And to those scary conservatives, don't read any of my political poems. I can't handle much more ignorant reviews.

Note: in my poem Grandmother I found a typo. It should be "too tired" not "to tired". But I can't change it now, because this is the computer from hell.

1. Waiting for Noon reviews
Just a small image poem. I'd like to think it's calm, and maybe a little bit sad.
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 32 - Reviews: 4 - Updated: 3-8-03 - Published: 3-8-03
2. For Freedom reviews
My views on the new emerging dictatorship that is America
Politics - Fiction Rated: K+ - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 114 - Reviews: 12 - Updated: 3-6-03 - Published: 3-6-03
3. Grandmother, reviews
about growing old, and remembering childhood, when only others were old. This is very different from my "Grandfather" poem, though.
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 82 - Reviews: 8 - Updated: 12-13-02 - Published: 12-13-02
4. The Symphony Conductor's Chant reviews
a very bizzare poem written about a symphony conductor's life, based on one of Marge Piercy's poems.
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Parody - Chapters: 1 - Words: 144 - Reviews: 7 - Updated: 12-12-02 - Published: 12-12-02
5. In the Morning: Green » reviews
A truly classic haiku. I stuck to the rules this time! (note double meaning in the last line) After reading some reviews, I feel that this is a very special haiku that I must pay extra attention to, so I added an extended author's note as a second chapter
Haiku - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 2 - Words: 355 - Reviews: 16 - Updated: 12-7-02 - Published: 12-6-02
6. Children's Bookshelf reviews
Definately not your average common 5-7-5 haiku. It's about the difference between parents' hopes and children's reality. Who's fault is it?
Haiku - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 56 - Reviews: 11 - Updated: 12-1-02 - Published: 12-1-02
7. View From My Veranda reviews
An exotic bird from the wild is purchased and brought to the city...
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 76 - Reviews: 8 - Updated: 11-28-02 - Published: 11-28-02
8. Statue reviews
The concept of the statue is actually an extended metaphor to the actual subject of the poem. Please read and review, because I think it could do with some revision.
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 159 - Reviews: 11 - Updated: 11-20-02 - Published: 11-20-02
9. Grandfather reviews
It's not 5-7-5, just a Haiku in relaxed form. Please review-- especially if you've got suggestions on improving it.
Haiku - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 59 - Reviews: 17 - Updated: 11-16-02 - Published: 11-16-02
10. For the Birds reviews
A poem I wrote while observing birds- it sounds a little like William Carlos Williams, I think, although he's not exactly one of my favorite poets.
General - Fiction Rated: K - English - Poetry/Poetry - Chapters: 1 - Words: 21 - Reviews: 9 - Updated: 11-12-02 - Published: 11-12-02
11. Alternative Medicine reviews
About communication or non-communication across and between generations. Think acupuncture, not self mutilation.
