-Update-
(12/9/07)

With a long awaited break from school, I'm toying with the idea of beginning to write again. I haven't pick a story yet, though I may be reposting an overhauled version of another story. No promises on a time line, though.

Currently Reading: Angelique's Descent by Lara Parker

-Stories In Progress-

-Possible Coming Attractions-

The Phobiacist- "Come on, Candace. Be honest. What are you afraid of?" It was a simple question. What was the afraid of? Monsters in the closet, trolls under the bridge, the boogeyman in a closet? Those had disappeared about the time she'd stopped believing boys had cooties. But what starts as harmless fun for Candace, Warren, and their friends soon becomes a lesson in terror. How do you beat a monster who feeds on fear inspired by his very speech or presence? The true answer lies deeper than any of them have ever been willing to go.

All That Matters - "O'Connor money opens mouths and doors." The O'Connor name has been a source of grief for those who bear it since the fateful day a mother walked away from her children for a drifter. While Christopher O'Connor's empire has grown with the protege of his namesake, Christopher, Jr, Nicholas and Lydia O'Connor have moved as far from their father's influence as possible; however, one letter sends them back to their childhood home, a place of memories and sorrow. There, their claims-to-be-dying father enlists them to play a game to determine who receives "all that matters", though no one wants to play until several surprise guests arrive. An illegitimate daughter and Lydia's former beau, now the groundskeeper. Through a series of clues made by their father, Nicholas, Lydia, Chris, and Mariah set out to find "all that matters" and discover some things never change, including the influence of a father in his children's lives and love.

"Die so you can destroy those around you. Live like a praying mantis. Assume the posture of prayer, and prey, prey, prey on those who love you. Never love lest you be cannibalized."-Beheaded, Survived

"Lucky at cards, unlucky in love."-To Tell the Truth

"Stand up for what you believe in, even if you stand alone."-Antigone

"Most important in a friendship? Tolerance and loyalty."- J.K. Rowling

"If you were happy every day of your life, you wouldn't be human, you'd be a game show host."- Heathers
