Greetings! You've reached the profile of Spaci (pronounced Spa-chi) Ireth. No, this is not my real name, but it's the only one you'll find me using on the Internet, ouside of LiveJournal and MySpace.

I've been writing stories since the age of about six, though I only started getting really serious about it towards the end of 2006, when I began working on a story you won't find on this site because I hope to one day have it published. Due to this, it's been about 2 years (from November 1, 2007, when I am writing this update) since I last graced Fictionpress.com with my presence, preferring instead to use LiveJournal.com as my writing outlet.

My writing on here can basically be divided into two sections:

i. 2002-2005

The poetry I wrote during this period is fair-to-decent, but the only story from this time that's really good is Take 5. The rest are rather obviously the work of a 13-16 year old. I don't mind if you read them, just bear this in mind if you do.

ii. 2007 - present

Through the writing of much fanfiction throughout 2006 and 2007, my writing greatly improved and developed in all facets: plots, characters, etc. I also discovered the merits of planning a plot before beginning writing, so there will be no more make-it-up-as-I-go-along a la Princess and Servant which has so many inconsistencies in the plot, it's ridiculous.

I take a lot of inspiration for writing from music, especially Josh Groban and Patrizio Buanne. Sometimes they inspire a character, sometimes an idea for a plot, sometimes a scene, but they always seem to give me something to go with.

I always try to return the favour of a review, as I know there are few things more exciting than finding out someone has read, and hopefully enjoyed, your work.

Anyway, hope you like my stuff!
