I am a full time college student that dabbles occasionally in writing though I'm (obviously) not very good at it, most of what I read is either related to history, of which I am a student, high fantasy, or the brilliant pulp writers of the 20's and 30's.

With the completion of The Leper of Parthis I find myself in a conundrum. One part of me really wants to go back to Parthis and expand it to include more points of view. As it stands it's near completely reined in to Alajahera's PoV and I think it could easily be enriched (not to mention elongated) by including the thoughts and actions of basically everyone else in the story. Except Zhakael. He's pretty well represented.

However, while I did enjoy the process of writing The Leper of Parthis it is far from my usual fare. Far too much skulking around and far too little action as far as I'm concerned so I'm equally intrigued at the prospect of moving on.

To that effect I'm currently working on birthing the concepts and characters for what I'm currently calling 'Fading Glory'. It revolves around the fate of the Myrmidons, Achilles' legendary band of warriors, after Troy.

Leper of Parthis: A tale of intrigue revolving around Alajahera, an unwilling citizen of the ancient city of Parthis whose centuries old stones hold many strange secrets not the least of which is the vortex of mystery surrounding the cursed assassin Elar, most elite cutthroat in Parthis. In an ill-concieved attempt to gain revenge against those who hired Elar to kill her supposed lover Alajahera finds herself drawn into the shadowy world of Elar and is transformed into his pawn in a game of shadows she does not understand. -Complete-

The Ties that Bind: A Lovecraftian pastiche centering around a native of a Massachusetts-based Puritan village returned to his home to claim his bride. Upon arriving in Havshim Village in the dead of night the would-be Romeo is confronted with mind shattering terror of a sort he never could have expected. -Complete-

Danny and the Wishing Stone: A conversation between a boy and a rock about the nature of the things. -Complete-

Ascension: The forgotten story of primordial man's final victory over an ancient racial foe from the distant past. -Complete-
