Hi, I haven't been using this account due to the fact I didn't know what to write in the first place. But now that I've actually used this account, it's about time I should be working my way up out of writer's block. I used to write fanfiction, but my inspiration has been in a rut, and I want to write my original pieces.

Data Analysis:

-My name is Hitomi, which is usually my penname, though I go by other names too. No, I'm not telling you my real name as that's reserved for people who really know me.
-My birthday is June 17th. No, I'm not telling you how old I am either.
-The only clue you'll have on my age is that I'm a college student.
-I am a Filipino-American.
-I was born and raised in New York, but I am currently in the Philippines because of attending college here.
-I have hobbies and interests such as writing, drawing, reading, video games, hanging out with friends, listening to music, and going on the computer.
-I don't like plagiarism, PDA/Public Displays of Affection (as in to the point you're about to have sex in public), hypocrisy (unless you're joking about it), people who assume/jump to conclusions, thunderstorms, harsh critique (to the point it's flaming), flamers/bashers, discouragement, most vegetables, and Math.
-When it comes to writing, all mistakes aside, there's one thing that pisses me off the most and that would be Mary Sues/Gary Stus as well as romance without a plot.
-As you can see, I've been on fictionpress.net for a long time, even though it may not look like it due to lack of fics on my pages (I deleted my old writing from long ago). So, for those who have the courage to flame me for whatever reason (usually because of me offering constructive criticism in my reviews), don't act butthurt when I say my feelings honestly. Although I am still learning how to write (I don't claim to be perfect in my writing), I've been writing for a long time, so I already know what I'm talking about when it comes to pointing out writing flaws. Don't want my advice? Suit yourself, but there are people who can be quite harsh in their reviews than myself.

Stories in Progress

Yami no Hikari: Anrakki Rabaa - Light of the Darkness: Unlucky Lover.

Inspiration: The three anime; AIR, Kanon, and Clannad (which were, originally, visual novels/H-games/Dating Sims before they became anime/manga). Can't forget the game, Harvest Moon, either, which sparked the harem idea more and gave me the idea of the love rivals (love rivals being guys in here) who challenge the main guy for the girls' affections.

Summary: It seems that everyone in the group has love issues. Throw in girls who can't seem to get a guy with their personalities while the love rivals, having love issues of their own, challenge the main guy if he were to have affection for one of the five girls. And also... How can you know somebody from a long time ago when you never knew them at all or, at least, don't remember them? Prophecies have been made and are also about to come true... And the web of Fate continues to weave...

Setting: I don't know exactly, but... It takes place in a school called Kyuusai Academy and it's also the autumn season (the year of the setting is 2004, but there's a reason for that).

Unmei no Akai Ito - Red String of Fate. After thinking a lot on the whole shoujo anime/manga genre, I realized that there was one plot device, for romance, that shoujo authors/artists did not use. AT ALL.

Perhaps because that writing about such a thing is difficult to think on.

And what is this one romance plot device that no shoujo creator uses?

...LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIPS. (Le gasp)

So yeah, basically, I'll be writing about my own LDR, especially since, every time I tell people and/or friends of my LDR when they ask, they all clamor that it sounds like it would come out of a shoujo anime/manga and, when I think of it, it does as we all know LDRs are not easy to maintain. Of course, I don't plan on writing this project yet until way into the future or when I'm not so busy.

Though I know why they seem to avoid using it as a plot... I might as well be the first shoujo creator to use it since it's a fresh, original idea.

(Evil grin) So yeah, I'll be the first one to write such a plot in the shoujo genre. NO STEALING THIS IDEA!

Title: Guardian Devil

Inspiration: This idea spawned in my head a couple of days back due to a humorous incident in school. What happened, you ask? XD A game of Monopoly started all of this.

Summary: We've been told that there are guardian angels to watch over us from above, making sure that we're safe from life's dangers. So, where does this leave Naomi Kitagawa when she ends up having a DEVIL for a guardian instead? Meet Yuukio, a devil who was kicked out of Hell and banished to Earth by Lucifer himself for a reason that's unknown. With these two having crossed paths and one short misadventure later... Yuukio ends up being her guardian devil. Whoever heard of a devil on guardian duty?!
