Just to clear things up. Yes, "According To Playboy, Hockey Players Make the Best Lovers" is a real group on Facebook. "It" refers to their relationship while "they" refers to his huge female fan base. I decided to keep the two nameless because I have a hard time choosing names. It feels awkward to me. And this way, they can be whomever you want them to be - and I think keeping them nameless is unique.
I write for myself first and foremost, so it's only natural that I've been inspired by real life events/people/things. I think I've left enough clues so that inferences can be made to where my inspiration comes from. ;)

It is something I wrote two nights ago. Something simple and just a bit... flowery? Heh. I tried.
I'm frustrated that I can't write they way I wish I could write. I get discouraged very easily with my stiff writing, but my passion for romantic stories won't die - so I live off of other people's fiction - most of it fan fiction.
I'm 20 year old Canadian gal who currently addicted to spicy tuna rolls. I'm a Third Year biology major.
