I'm a high school student and I live in the Netherlands. For those of you who have no clue what or where the hell that is, it's that rainy little country in Western Europe right next to Germany. And for those of you who still have no clue...well...never mind. It's not that interesting anyway.
I've always loved reading, drawing and of course writing. I've been a member of for almost3 years now but have only recently published a story. I've put weeks of plotting and scheming into it and I'm quite happy with the result.

Wings of Silver
12-8-05/ Yeah, I know it's been a very long time! I was actually going to update 4 months ago, but seriously (no kidding) my computer crashed. My dad was able to save the D drive but unfortunately, all my documents were stored on C, so I lost the entire new chapter. Of course it took me a while to get my computer back the way it was, and a writer's block combined with the fact that I had lots of tests to study for delayed this update.
I'm going on a holiday this Sunday, so no updates for the next 2 weeks. Perhaps I'll have some time left after the holiday before I have to go to school again, and perhaps I'll update once more.
And now a little thing concerning RANE's name, it's RANE. I know, there have been some mistakes where it's spelled raIne, but it's Rane. No I. I'll change it as soon as I have the chance.
Chapter 5 is done, but I still need to re-read some stuff, edit, add etc. so the chapter 5 will be published this Saturday evening. Promise!
12-16-04/ Chapter four is up! Looking at the date I realize it's been over a month since my last update. Sorry. I was very busy, mainly with school, but since the holidays are coming up, I'll try to update a little sooner.
Some little things about the various tongues that are explained slightly in this chapter. The common tongue, is of course, the standard English. The tongues of Calante, Ardom and Ditrifon are all based on different languages, but they will play no big part in the future. Some words or exclamations maybe, but I do not intend to actually go into this all too deep and create whole new languages.
The tongue of the Sirar, however, has already been expanded in my brain. I've been working on it even before I started working on this fic. But, like the rest of the tongues, it will not be used often.
There. That's done.
