As of 4/14/2008: I am a liberal-minded sophomore at a conservative Michigan university. Exams are looming on the horizon, so I expect pull a straight week of all-nighters. (Or, at the least, it certainly feels like it.)

I used to write a lot of angsty, drama-ridden things... I still tend towards the darker side, but my style has changed in the months and years between postings, and so have my muses. I haven't been posting much lately because I am a Professional Writing major (Advertising minor), and I am absolutely overloaded with literature and writing classes. This leaves absolutely no time for reading and writing what I actually want to read and write.

However, during this semester, I happened upon a creative writing class. A required creative writing class. So now that I can justify writing as "homework," I might have a few pieces to post before my inspiration dies, as it always does, at the start of summer.

As a last note--thanks to all of the people who review and/or comment on my work! I hope to be able to return the favor, but that might be impossible until after exams...
