Author has written 4 stories for General, Humor, and Life. HAIR All my life, I've hated my hair. I'd sit at the mirror and just stare. My Grandma would fluff it, and I would cry. I'd say to my Mom, "Why, oh, why?" She has straight hair, Dad has curly. Why did I end up with "Curly-Burly"? I pulled it, would scream and shout, Flip it off, and then I'd pout. I'd shave it all off if I could know, That it wouldn't grow back like a big afro. So here I sit, wound up tight, I gave it my best, my biggest fight.
