My name is Hannah, I'm 18 years old. Writing is my passion, and hopefully my strength, that has yet to be seen. Please do not flame at me, constructive criticism is welcome, but flaming is just cruel and unnecessary. I am no good at writing profiles, somehow writing fiction,or at least a controlled scene of true life,is much easier than admitting to who I am, so I think I will leave off here.Yours,
HaRose
Description of Works:Note- My work comes from my life experiences. It's not pretty, but as so many people have said before me, life never is. I write not because I want pity or recognition, but because it feels right. I've learned my lesson the hard way that ignoring the voice of your soul only causes pain, and so I write, my feeble attempt to absolve my sorrows.
Am I?- A collection of three Haikus. For those who might not know, Haikus are poems written in the 5-7-5 syllable format. These are about me.
Ducks and Peaches- The title makes this vignette seem much more sun shiney that it really is. This is a scene from a past that's unwilling to be forgotten.
Catalyst- A short I wrote on a whim. I was tired and angry about living such a hard life, and a song popped into my head. Catalyst, by Anna Nalick. The word stuck, and wouldn't release me until I put it into some written form.
I Remain Blind- A poem exploring how each sense is effected by the memory of heartbreak. But not my eyes, I can't see him anymore.
Inspiration- A short fictional piece, a warning on how angering your muse, is inevitably bad for your health. Very descriptive, fun.
