To anyone bored enough to be reading this, I send you my greetings as well as my condolences.

I will be a first-time college student in... just over two weeks! Yikes! In the meantime, like many others here, I write to escape what I affectionately call "Real Life." I don't plan on writing for a living, but landing a book deal would certainly help to pay off my loans faster than my archaeology major would! ^__^

Beowulf Part II: The Not-so-Epic Saga of Olivia Zyrski

This will be a hopefully-novel-length work revolving around the life of high school senior Olivia Zyrski and those who know our brutally honest and witty narrator best. While the story does focus upon a soon-to-be-graduate of high school, the "message" of the story, if you will, is one of discovering inner strength. It is about realizing one's faults and coping with these faults, not petty school drama.

This short story is a re-post from about two years agos when I first joined FictionPress.com. I have a love for anything historical (hence the archaeology major), especially medieval Europe. I'm toying with the idea of a sequel.
