Full Summary Description:
Sammy Kendlewood is an average teenage girl living in a normal, futuristic era of Chicago, Illinois. However, what is not normal is a new species of humanoid animals named the Dresjen, that appeared out of nowhere seemingly a year ago and on the shores of the United States holding traces of Human DNA and creating a large dent in the nation's food economy putting the entire nation in an uproar.
Intrigued with this discovery, Sammy shares her excitement and a Dresjen she and her friends have been feeding in secret for a year, with a fellow school student named, Hann Phizaar Mali, a young man whose wealthy family is in league with a giant, powerful, and even more wealthy, three-hundred-year-old family named, Yanu.
After meeting the two families, she is hurled into a world of secrets and discovers they are the ones who brought the Dresjen to the shores of America, and that the two families are not Human.
