Author has written 67 stories for Historical, Nature, Fantasy, Haiku, Life, Religion, Mythology, War, Fable, and General. So, I haven't updated this in about four years. But a lull in my life let me attack some of my writing again. Gone is the free time of those storied undergraduate days! Now I'm working nearly-full-time and going to graduate school part-time. Yeah, that's fun. Did I mention I have a house and a boyfriend to care for? At any rate, I'm trying to get back to my creative roots. A lot of my stuff is kind of old, but some are still my favorites. And the stories, of course, are forever poking me now and again to keep at them. I'm a fantasy, alternate history, semi-sci fi, historical fiction, and cookbook reader. I love food, cooking, local/rural/agricultural/women's/19th century history (I'm a museum professional), music, dance, and the written word. I am fascinated and inspired by old fairy tales, northern mythology, rural life, and nature. I like plays on words. I'm not too fond of rhyming poetry. | |||||||
