Hey guys. Not sure how many of you check back here anymore. According to my traffic, some of you still stop by!!
First off, I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY sorry that I haven't updated anything. For a long time I was going through Take Two again, doing some cosmetic edits, realized I didn't like the story, and thought about changing a few things. I was starting to edit K for Catcher with my editor, but both of us have been really busy with school. I was able to write about...three sentences of the next chapter of Prelude to Ruin and that's about it.

When I first joined ff.net and subsequently fp.com, I always used to hate it when authors would say, "In college now. Sorry. This was always just a hobby." Except now I kind of know what they mean. My life has been reduced to class, study, work, eat, study, sleep, repeat. In my spare time, I stare at the walls and just kind of allow my brain to buzz. I mean, I know that one day K for Catcher will be edited, maybe with a sequel, Take Two will be to my liking, Prelude to Ruin will be complete, and I'll have other stories to write, but right now there just isn't a lot of time to do much of anything other than the things I mentioned above. I think once my winter break starts I'll have a lot more time, but for now, everything is sort of on hiatus. Unless I upload. Or something.

I'm really sorry! Things will eventually get done. I just don't know when.

The sequel to this was the very first story I ever uploaded here on fp a LONG time ago when I was like...14. I ended up deleting it for various reasons, mostly because once I got a little older I realized it sucked and needed more explaining before I could have people read it. Thus, here is the prequel that I've been working on forever (on and off for the past year). I'm happy to say that the characters have drastically changed from their Mary Sue/Gary Stu personalities I once gave them. Fantasy/Romance was really my favorite genre about seven or eight years ago when my imagination was really able to run wild. I really hope I can achieve that again :D

KfC is currently on the backburner. I now have a loverly beta, who will be helping me with the revising, but before that she has to read the 38 page synopsis. Both of us have school, so the process will be gradual.

The Epilogue will be out once everything is revised!
I will address the issue of a sequel upon completion of the revision process.

I just wanted to say how much I really, truly, and completely appreciate all of the support for this story. When I started it a looong time ago, I never dreamed I'd ever get to 1000 reviews ('course, I didn't think it'd be more than 30 chapters, either. HAH). Reading your reviews really always inspires me to continue writing because knowing that my stuff is being read really just makes me feel all WAFFY. (now there's a term from ff.net LOL) So THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING AND REVIEWING!!

Misc Comments: dumdedumdumdum333 commented that Alex's initiation dinner was straight from the Mighty Ducks movie. I haven't seen that movie since it first came out, and when I thought about it, I realized they were right =P So it wasn't intentional, I assure you. In the final version the team will do something equally mean, but different. ;)

I guess I didn't really make this clear when I wrote it, which is my fault, but Alex and Bryce DID NOT have sex. =P They just went to '3rd' (below the waist), but not all the way because Alex didn't want to. (chapter 48: If it rains)
