Author has written 2 stories for Manga. Name o.o; Sex Not yet. Just kidding. XD Female--which is why most of my stories have an uke main char. @_@ It's a bad habit, but for now, it makes me feel more comfortable writing. Age O Never ask a woman this question! Current MMORPG: None Current PS/PS2 game: .Hack//G.U. Reminisce Favorite yaoi show:Too many Favorite color: Red Favorite Japanese song: Currently, I love a lot of anime OP and ED themes. Favorite American song: I have lots of
favorites in this category too... though not as much as Japanese songs. Most Loved Characters: I have so many... Momiji (Furuba); Tsuzuki (Yami); Firo, Maiza, and Luck (Baccano!); Ryuuichi (Gravi); L and Raito/Light (Death Note) though L wins my favoritism by a hair's width; mumbles more names Hated Characters: Seriously, there are some characters out there that make you want to scratch your eyeballs out. Regrettably, most, if not all, are FEMALE. As a female myself, I think these idiotic characters are really disgraceful. Rarely do I see a guy more stupid than a female character. Why females?! Aside from that, the other type of character I absolutely detest is the Mary-Sue character. Unless she's used in some sort of parody that is. Mary-Sues were the very characters that made me abhor some fanfictions out there. Distorting a perfectly nice original character's personality to that of a monster while inserting a persona character who's flawless... I've seen so many that I had to stop reading. I've only recently begun picking up a few fanfictions, and that's only IF I can determine whether the original characters' personalities have been sustained. Yuna (FFX) - I really dislike this character. Personally, I think she's a Mary-Sue... I played for about 10 hours before realizing the main story pretty much revolved around her before I quit. Really, everyone adores her. She's beautiful, talented, has special eyes, is loved in the end... -_- No.. I don't believe I can hold my dinner much longer. Atoli (.Hack//G.U.) - I never thought I'd witness a character who'd come even remotely close to Yuna. In fact, I'm still debating whether Atoli's character irritates me more. She's so self-righteous and naive. I abhor her Sakaki-idolization too. As long as Sakaki can spit out virtuous words, she'll swallow them up and lash out at anyone who defies that... AND she's the typical brainless, clueless, klutz who apparently has the right to slap Haseo when he speaks his mind. o Bitch. Haseo should have beat the crap out of her. She passes along vital information that's supposed to be withheld from people, thinking she's doing good because of her guild's "We save people" motto, while in the end, it creates complications for everyone else. AND EVERYONE FORGIVES HER FOR IT. If Haseo made the same mistake, he'd get chewed out from all sides. It really isn't fair. Even if Haseo was a jerk (which I found quite refreshing, thank you--a character who finally isn't all about saving the world right off the bat). I've yet to finish this series, but I seriously hope she dies--permanently. Minor Irritable Characters: All self-righteous, "I'm doing it for the world" crap, people. It's getting too old, too fast. I'm sorry Suzaku (Code Geass) fans, he's on my annoying list. =( I still love him, but I wish he'd stop with trying to find a way to "peacefully" resolve everything. Lelouch on the other hand is awesome. He's not very athletic, but his brain is sharp and he's not all into "I gotta save the world and unite it for the sake of everyone." He's doing it for his sister and his own selfish purposes. Not to mention I think he's sexy. o Code-E's Chinami Ebihara is really annoying too. At first, she's an okay character. It's understandable that she's afraid of her own power, but when it drags on throughout the entire series, it just pissed the hell out of me. She also became shocked, hurt, and deeply depressed after finding out her crush (whom she openly denied that she didn't like) said he didn't like her to his childhood friend. Yeah, they both like each other, but they're in denial. I think it's unfair for her to blame him and get upset all about it when SHE herself didn't make the effort to say or admit anything. C... hold on, I forgot her name. Colette from Tales of Symphonia was another typical Mary-Sue. Pretty, well-liked, and a sacrifice (to save the world!) to boot! Boo! Any weak, good-for-nothing guys who seem to have twenty females latched to his arm. I dislike harem-animes. I can't understand why the main male character is so desirable when he has no good qualities. Normally, these characters tend to be introverts, nerds, geeks, shy, plain, boring, non-athletic, non-ANYTHING GOOD, have average grades or all of the above. I guess guys find it romantic? If the main character could at least highlight ONE good aspect of himself--whether it's artistic or musically inclined or ANYTHING he's passionate about, then I might consider watching it. | |||||||
