Okay, I don't really use this account very often anymore, though I might soon, so I figured I'd at least update this profile. It was two years old, and pretty embarrassing to boot. Jeez, I was a loser.
Anyway. I'm Stacy. I'm 18, about to start my freshman year of college, where I'll be majoring in music education. I like to write GLBTQ fiction, specifically, mostly because a) I think it's a cause worth fighting for, and b) I fall into the B category of that, having a girlfriend and all.
To be completely contradictory, I'm also a conservative Republican. Yes, it's possible to be both. I just mention this because my writing usually reflects my beliefs or my stances on certain things (I find it easier to get my point across and make it believable if one of my characters says it). The one case where this isn't true is the poem Beliefs that you'll find way at the bottom. I wrote that when I was a freshman in high school; I was young and confused, and really weird. There's a note in the poem that explains it all, but basically, I no longer agree with what I wrote in that poem; I'm more spiritual now, just in my own way. I have nothing against any religion, because I believe that freedom of religion applies to all religions, specifically the Christian religion, which is currently suffering under the liberal agenda. Equal rights applies to the majority too, kids.
Anyway. I'm probably going to be uploading a couple stories here soon, so I might as well update the profile and make it, um, a little more olderconfidentmature!me and less youngercrazyobsessive!me.
