Author has written 16 stories for Supernatural, General, Romance, Thriller, and General. It's been awhile since an update, I know. I suppose, I'll share with you all why. A month ago, my younger brother (he's 12) had to have spinal surgery. He wasn't scheduled to have it for another 3 years but right before the holidays, his condition worsened and the doctors moved the date up. So, last month, his spine was fused with 15 screws and a metal rod, along with 5 ribs that were removed to do bone graphs. He was released 6 days after the surgery and I went to stay with him at my mom's. Needless to say, everything had to be put aside for awhile while he recovered. He was my primary concern and needed help learning to walk again and sit up. It was a tough time but he's gotten through it and is on his way to full recovery. That's why I have not updated any stories or done any beta-reading since the end of last year. I'll trust that you'll all understand that. I have one more week off of work and I'll try to update something before then. Time is precious, however, and my days are pretty full already with accomplishing things that I have put off for far too long (house-painting, early spring cleaning, checking out colleges, reading some good books, etc.) Anyway, there's the heads up.
