Let me first say thanks for stopping by. Writing has been a hobby of mine for some time, and I continue to do it for fun. If you have suggestions for improvement on any of my works then I would love to hear them. If you simply enjoy it, I would love even more to hear that. Writing is something I enjoy doing, and I like it even more when others get enjoyment from what I have done - it's that simple.

I do my best to return reviews. I do not say this as a means to generate reviews for my work. I say it because I consider it the right thing to do. Someone has taken time out of their life to read my work and say something about it, and I believe the least I can do is show them the same courtesy.

Works I've Posted -

While at Sea - A very short piece that was a homework assignment for a college history class. The assignment was to write about two of the thirteen original Colonies, one our favorite and the other our least favorite. I turned it into a fictional story and was awarded a 100 and a note from the teacher that it was her favorite paper. Go me! :)

Guided - A poem I wrote that speaks of certain time in my life. I hope to write more of them (hopefully better ones) and if so will probably move it to a compilation document/story thingy. It's very simple in its structure, consisting of ABC in each possible grouping.

Blackout - one shot- I wanted to write, so I did. I wasn't yet ready to develop a story and start a large work, so I just wrote some of what came to my mind and refined it over a couple days. What resulted is Blackout.

A Moment of Truth poem - My first poem that was written to my wife (girlfriend at the time) a few years ago.
