The basics: Generally female, sixteen, pansexual, an academic. Slightly pretentious, a literary junkie, nearly always in love. Art school - a lit major, a bookish slut, increasingly less self-destructive, a vegetarian when she feels like it. A math whiz even though she hates it, addicted to languages (French, Latin, Spanish, German) and chai tea. Practices Zen Buddhism even though she was raised half Irish Catholic and half Romanian/Barvarian Jew. Loves to talk to random strangers on bus stops, pretend to be Audrey Hepburn, and stay up late drinking wine with her parents and dicussing philosphy at three am. Currently living with two crazy organic hippie parents - one painter/jeweler, one computer programmer/philosopher, a Dungeons and Dragons, Magic playing, computer hacker eleven year old, two runty, whiney, cats, a multitude of fish named after 70s glam rockers, and occasionally: foster kids, a musical cousin and her seminary-school fiancé, one or the other of my gay next door neighbours if they're fighting, several non-related siblings, and a plethora of strays.

Note: Form and structure often play a big part in anything I write. Hence, inconsitant capitalization, odd sentence structure, etc. are all purposely that way. I follow spelling and grammar rules, but sometimes, in poetry I don't follow rules of punctuation. I decide carefully the way I want my words to look. These are not errors.
