Author has written 13 stories for General, Fable, Fantasy, Essay, Love, Fantasy, Life, and Romance. I'm a writing major at a small private college and in my final year of studies. I've been writing and drawing for years, so my posts are mixtures of class assignments and epic fantasy projects that have been brewing for a decade. I favor epic fantasy, gothic suspense/horror fiction, and poetry. I draw frequently. My favorite subjects are animals, mythological beasts, lore/legends, and furries/were-**** art. I have scads of art to go with my stories, but no scanner. Any art that would be available would be posted on my webpage. I also breed fancy rats. Together with my friend Kris, we make up Mead Hall Rattery. We specialize in healthy high-white lines, black and Russian blue masked in standard and rex coats and standard ear. We are expanding to include dumbo ears and more colors eventually. As a writer I naturally read a lot. My favorite series include Lord of the Rings (the movies BLOW!), Chronicles of Narnia, His Dark Materials, and Harry Potter. I also devour Stephen King (favs being The Stand and IT). I've read almost every single popular fantasy series on the market, plus a few little known ones... However, if you're looking for my "inspiration", the five names listed above is really it. I also love reading about biochemistry, dangerous chemicals, virology, epidemiology, human pathology and emerging infectious diseases, and nuclear power. I was originally a chemistry major, biology minor and I retained much of my knowledge and love of these subjects, so they pop up a bit in my writing. I can frequently be found terrorizing other people online. I am WindChaser at DiscussAnything.com, Rat Society of America, and Werewolf.com, and FrostRiven on Rat Fan Club and RodentFancy. Periodically I make a new persona and harass the really easily insulted close-minded Christians at WheretheSonShines.com; my last nick there was Galadriel. The name FrostRiven (since I get asked about it every once in a while) is NOT a reference to anything written by the Eddings. It is the last name of one of my werewolf characters in my massive personal project, StormFront. I will begin posting bits and pieces of that eventually. My current huge wip (work in progress) is The Glory of Twilight, which is about the adventures of seven completely different men as they struggle to reclain their ravaged kingdom.
