Anyone who may be reading this, or who may have liked Rush enough to wonder where its gone, I have deleted it because I've made the decision to leave FP. It hasn't been an easy one, and I've been thinking things over for some time now. It's not simply because of the recent rise in plagiarism that's been affecting several FP authors, although that's certainly been a contributing factor, but I'm a few months off twenty-three and I just feel it is time for me to move on.

FP has been a great format for me to practise and grow over the past four years I've been 'active' here. However, publication has always been a dream of mine and I'm at a point in my life where I feel like I finally have ideas that could become something, but I can't seriously pursue publishing if I post everything online. I could have left Rush up, but Casey and his story means too much to me to just leave here, and I do want to rewrite it at some point, so the perfectionist in me wouldn't be happy with a half-par first draft being the only indication of my writing ability.

Thank you to everyone who has ever read, reviewed and favourited whatever writing I've had posted here over the past few years, and also to those who nominated me (and Rush) for two SKoW awards in round six. Every single person has helped shaped me as a writer, and any feedback I've received is greatly appreciated. :)
