We are a duo of darkness
of chaos and dissension
We move silently through the crowds
none see the two slight ones pass them by
the death, destruction that follows
It simply clings as our destiny
Our Fate
to pass by all without danger
without fear from them and their power
No, the only piece to back away from
simply put is that which can harm us mentally
not physically, through our bodies
but through our souls, our minds
the black pitch that hugs our frames
is exactly that which we should fear
yet we do not
for a simple complex reason
We are of the darkness which we should fear

Notes: HI! My name's Xelena and my friend is Lanti Arlit. This is our combined account... please be nice and give us a chance... read our poems and our story when we start posting them... we're writing an epic edit: if we ever get around to it... we either are really busy or slacking. It's going to be really nifty... if you want to get an idea of how I write, my URL on FictionPress is http://www.fictionpress.com/~xelena.

Messenger: Yahoo: Lanti_Arlit or AIM: LantiArlit (simple, eh?) – If you want to, go ahead im me, but just tell me you’re from FP, otherwise I might ignore you.
Grade: Currently in my Junior year of college majoring in Aerospace Engineering (Astronautics- yes I'm trying to be a rocket scientist, we'll see how that one turns out).
Self-Quote: People are just puppets dragged along by a thin string which we call life that connects us to this cruel world.
Future Plans for FP.com:
We’re both busy right now (LA and Xel are in college, but in all actuality LA is a lazy a slacker who has far too much free time considering her major and taking an extra class and Xel balances work and class), so actual stories won’t make appearances until we have free time.
Xelena actually writes stories in addition to poetry, so you can see some more of her work on her separate account. She mostly writes fantasy and supernatural, so, if you're into those genres, you'll find them there. I, however, have no separate account and will post all my original work here.
As for this account, I suggest, of her works, to read /Enigma/ or /Haunted/ first and foremost. As for my own poetry, I think my favorite is /Live my Life/.
