BREAKING: Psycho Dust NEXT to be placed on Hiatus!

Yeah, I know. It sucks, I'm sorry ;_;. But there's a reason for this.

The first part is, well, everything I typed for it at the moment (15K words!) went kaput due to a file corruption and trying to remember it for NaNo is a pain. But there's another reason that's more relevant.

It's the sequel to Psycho Dust. Psycho Dust, my baby that I worked on for two years and am still editing for your enjoyment. To force out a 30 day sequel that I may or may not finish would seem cruel to you, the reader. So, PD Next will have to be put on hold until NaNoWriMo is over and the Cocytus Visual Novel project is complete.

Gibson Girl: Part 1 of the NHWSVerse

The art of resurrecting the dead is simple. A chemical concoction here, a magic spell there, its all simple stuff. The body comes back, but the mind is gone depending on the time of death. Its a dead end branch of research that only leads in zombies here and there.
But resurrection is just a step towards something bigger: The Elixer of Life. Scientist, Esper, Magus...they all want immortality. They'd all willingly sacrifice hundreds, if not thousands of people to get it.
Doctor Kitsuragi Mariko may have come a step closer after a successful resurrection with Kotsubaki Russo. The only problem is, she's doing it illegally. There's several people out there who want to see her locked up and her research destroyed. So she enlists Russo to do some dirty work for her.

The Gibson Girl is dragged into a situation. Investigate to see if another way can be found. If there really is a way to make an Elixir of life, Russo's job is to find it.

And who is she to refuse her? Kitsuragi returned her life to her, after all. And there's a chance she could find some information on why she died to begin with...

Regardless, when three otherwise unrelated individuals learn of these powers, they find themselves in a multitude of predicaments that can't possibly be coincidence.

So, when Watanabe Jirou stumbles across someone with such a mindset, he finds himself sucked into a situation he would never imagine.
And of course, that situation gets more and more unpleasant the longer he stays in it.
