I'm no longer 18, I sadly left that year behind. And even though I'm only 19 now, I feel as if I'm getting old. Like 18 was my peak, lol. Oh well. I guess I'll have to party myself into oblivion to keep my youth.

Okay, so my laptop is on the fritz, so progress of Chapter 12 of What I Want in a Guy has been posponed until at least January.

Hey all...I know I was like dead to fictionpress for the longest time. Right now I'm in London! I'm kind of 'meh' about it now since I've been here since May. Going home in January!! Australia here I come! Now that's what I'm excited about. It's not fun being broke in London. Anyway, I've been to Paris and Rome as well. Loved Paris, definitely going back. Rome was great too, but it really stretched my independence bubble. I'm not usually independent you see. I'm the baby of the family (my excuse, ha!). But when I went there I didn't even know how to ask 'do you speak English?' in Italian, let alone other rudimentary words and expressions. I was all alone in a foreign country which I didn't speak the language of. It was an impromtu trip so I didn't really have time to study the language. This guy tried to pick me up at the bus stop but I had no idea what he was saying. And yes, I could tell he was trying to pick me up and not what time the bus was coming, believe me girls, body language and leering smiles mean the same everywhere you go (plus he called me bella-beautiful one of the few words I knew). And no he wasn't hot, he was probably in his mid-thirties (dirty perv). I thank the lord I took French in high school. What little I remember from year 8 and 9 came in very handy. Then there were other words I had absolutely no use for, like Cheval (horse). French accents are sooo hot. But Paris = very expensive. I better start saving again (when I get back home). But first I want to take a little trip to Hawaii, and maybe New York. And then maybe the moon. Lol, when my dad becomes a billionaire oil tycoon and can fork out 10mill to send me there in a Russian space ship.

Anyway enough ramble, I wanted to put up this poem I found on the web, I don't know who wrote it but I think it's really simple and incredibly sweet and it makes me smile every time:

The freshman child so shy and coy secretly admires the sophomore boy /

Roth is a former Navy SEAL, who now works for Interpol. He is assigned to protect Alexa, who is a blue-haired deceased-mobster's daughter. Now her father's associates are after her and her brother. And she's on the run with Roth, and has no idea where her brother is. That's about the gist of it so far.

Happy Endings? - On Hold

I really like the concept of this story and I want to continue (I have the next chapter), but I don't want to work on this just yet because I know I'll get side-tracked from 'What I Want in a Guy', and once that happens, I probably wont to continue it. And I really don't want to disappoint my reviewers!!

This story is set over a 24 hour period, it has four parts and I love it to bits, but as above, I don't want to get side-tracked. I have more written on the other parts but I don't want to work on this till I have time to take it seriously.

This is a slightly revamped, refurbished and rearraged version of my sisters very own romance! It was really her life! Not exactly ALL of it, because a lot of my imagination went into as well, but yeah... Well it's not finished and I might not finish it but I'd like to!
