I walk this hall
with you in mind
washing sorrows
stitching wounds
paving the future
with a blank canvas

as my thoughts fill the ink jar
with liquid visions
tranquil dreams
and serenaded hope
my finger waltz my definite purpose
into breathing existence

and the road to come
will be unknowingly carved with eyes
that tattoos desire into passion
