-- Uploaded "Elegy to a House in Detroit." Sorry I haven't been
too active on FP in the past five or six months... I feel like
I've had much better stuff to do. Like photography. Or
whatever. Anyway, this poem is basically about the life and death
of a house in Detroit. Meaning it is sad. I get inspired
(and depressed) when I see pictures of the ruins of Detroit. It's
hard to imagine just how fabulous of a city it used to be, for all we
have left is rubble and an apathetic government. I'm interested
in and passionate about architectural preservation and such, so this
poem is me speaking from the heart, for sure.

poems, and essays are being deleted for various reasons, but I feel
that overall they pollute the internet with their poorly-written
crap. Therefore they will be taken down shortly. If you
want to read any one of these after they've been removed (heaven knows why),
then email me and I will send you the requested story.
Otherwise -- I'm sorry if you have marked any of the above stories as
favourites (namely, the p. s. twenty-one -- and in that case, read the
new version).
