A little blurb about me:

I live in the middle of nowhere (otherwise known as Illinois). I am somewhat unpredictable and, well, moody to put it quite bluntly... which I'm sure you'll find out if you read my works.

I consider myself somewhat of a geek, but unlike many people I actually consider that a compliment. ;)

Let's see...I love to sing and act and could not live without some form of music in my life. I have two black kitties, one named Rhys (it's Gaelic) and the other named Frank (named after Frank Sinatra, but I call him Bitty).

The new and improved version of Forbidden Love! Aaron is 27, unemployed, and basically a bum with no future. Molly, on the other hand, is 17, bright, and has a world of opportunities before her. She's had a crush on Aaron for five years. Will she throw away all of her dreams for Aaron?

Forbidden Love- Seventeenth chapter up (chapters eleven and twelve are author notes)
Molly is a 16 year-old with an impossible crush on a 26 year-old friend of the family. She knows it is impossible for anything to happen between them, because he doesn't feel the same way about her and yet she can't get over him... but is it possible that they could end up together? What would happen if they did do something?

When Will I Wake Up?- NEW VERSION First chapter up
Heather is just your typical teenage girl. She likes to write and read and her room is just as girly as she is. But, then a man shows up in her room and proclaims that he is a vampire and she is the Chosen One. So, what exactly do you do when there's a dangerous and armed psychopath in your room? You laugh hysterically, of course. That always helps.

Disruptive Magic- Second chapter up

Kyra is a beginner witch who stumbles upon an ancient spell in one of her books. Ignoring the warning it gave her, she reads the spell... and summons up an extremely powerful spirit. Will her magic stand up to the magic of one of the most powerful spirits on Earth?

Something Has to Change- Second chapter up
A story based on the true story of my life (although some parts of it have been tweaked). Helen is a high-schooler dealing with several impossible crushes, sexual orientation issues, an eating disorder, a mental disorder, divorced parents, religious beliefs, and much more that are going on in her life. How is she coping with this? Will she be able to overcome her situation and change her life for the better? Or will she continue to hide behind books, food, and seclusion in general to protect herself?

Within These Padded Walls- Third chapter up
Michelle was driven insane by her abusive father who basically tortured her physically and emotionally. Now she is in a mental institution dealing with her trust issues and The Voice that she hears. Will she be able to open up and begin the process of healing? Or will she do something drastic to get out of the mental institution?

One Will Rise- First chapter up
Laine has been unable to sleep for two weeks, when she finds out that her sister has been having nightmares for just as long. She doesn't really think anything of it... after all, it's just a coincidence, right? Well, maybe.
