At present i am writing this from my high school in Japan, at which i teach.
The japanese way of life is amazing and fulfilling, i am very lucky to be sharing the lives of many poeple over here both in school and out. don't believe everything you see on anime about japanese high schools, except in the miyazaki films, they are the most realistic depictions i have seen so far.
i would encourage anyone who loves people to join the jet program and teach, just remember to always put the students first and you will really enjoy your time here, because everyone helps everyone have fun out here, it is a team based society. enough about japan, you say?
my writing is entering its 8th year, i have made some stylistic improvements but overall i think now i need a lot of work on characterisation, realism and plot continuity. i will get there and although i don'T want or expect to be famous or even well known for my writing i believe the views i can express and share with those close to me are capable of making a difference and entertaining at least, even if they are not profound works of beauty.
what i have learned recently is, life is usually never what you expect it to be and your writing will reflect that. the important thing with writing is that you give it your best, wheras with life the most important thing is being happy and not hurting anyone, i believe.
so, my fellow writers (or non-writing internet people) here are some stories for your entertainment, please read them and then do what you want. i don't want reviews, i just want you all to be happy, so maybe you should review your own life and fix things that you don't like.
