Author has written 9 stories for Romance, Humor, General, and Young Adult. More elaborate summaries for my stories: Life as a Teenage Slack Alice Philadelphia is a fifteen-year-old girl who lives in England and aspires to move to America and become a famous actress! Only problem: her mum won't let her go to the US and she's now known as a bisexual and a Lesbian Hunter by her stupid brother's sexy mates. Not to mention the little kid next door thinks she's a catch, her friends are less than interested in what she has to say, her new hobby in her miserable life is to lie in letters to some sad-sap living in America, and she's constantly forced to try and befriend a cat obsessed girl who's never seen the light of day and has what appears to be a rather oily comb-over. How does Philadelphia survive such a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, BADDY-BAD life? Awkwardly... It's a Gerbil's World And you thought your family was weird? Jacey O'Neil is just your average sarcastic, angst-driven fifteen year old girl, except for one thing: She's got the strangest, most eccentric family of eight on the whole block and she's less than satisfied to have to share a house with any of them. She's got a sister who lives in Africa and specializes in sock puppets, an older brother who just won't stop winning prizes for The Most Ultimate of All Ultimate Nerds, another older brother who enjoys torturing fifteen year old girls and giving his sibling swirlies in the toilet, an awkward kid who just might as well not be part of the family, and a younger brother who believes he's a leech and expresses it with pride... And very sharp teeth. But that's not where all the madness ends, oh no! The insanity continues with the leaders of the whole operation, Jacey's parents. With a dad who won't shut up about drills and a mom who plans on becoming a librarian in a cat library it's no wonder Jacey's never asked to be driven to school. How could things get any worse? Well, Jacey's family has just been invited up to boring old Roseburg, Oregon for one hell of a crackpot family reunion. Murgatroid Having been bound to a title that would condemn him to death and being forced to hide away in the shadows of a city will ultimately leave a boy crawling on his hands and his knees... Trainspotting Spotters Most children in the world live life to the fullest: chasing fat, muddy frogs in secretwater holes that they can call their own; playing dress-up, make-believe, and ‘house’, wearing their parent’s clothes and playing jovially with their friends; anticipating ‘story time’ with an excitement so true they could burst; enjoying every minute of the carnival roller coasters and the ice cream they were just bought; and dreaming offlying among the clouds like brilliantly colored birds. Some kids, however, grow up too fast, knowing nothing but the growing threats of violence, drugs, poverty, sex, and pain. For these kids, we pray. And send Hope. | |||||
