Author has written 17 stories for Love, Friendship, Religion, Life, and General. Hey Everyone. Heres some info about me:
I am 17 years old My website: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=16010773 Favorite Music: Stephanie J. Block, Patti LuPone, Barbra Streisand, Julia Murney, Eden Espinosa, Jen Waldman, Pirate Queen, Funny Girl, Wicked, Sweeney Todd, Miss Saigon, Spring Awakening, Rent, Evita, Jekyll and Hyde, Les Mis, Phantom of the Opera, Songs For A New World, Last 5 Years, Bare, Bite, Piece, Hairspray, How The Nurse Feels one song I've heard, anything composed by Scott Alan, Boy From Oz, Brooklyn, Sinead O'Connor, Diana DeGarmo, Anything Goes...er...what else... Favorite TV shows: Gilmore Girls, Friends, Law&Order, Grey's Anatomy, CSI, Judging Amy...does C-SPAN count? Favorite Movies: Funny Girl, The Wind That Shakes the Barley, Rent, My Fair Lady, Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken, Center Stage, Hotel Rwanda... Favorite Books: Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch is the most incredible book I've ever read. It's probably what got me to love history and politics even more than I do. OH, and 1984! I can pretty much relate everything that goes on with our society with double think. (it totally exists!) Then there's Grania and the play Inherit the Wind. I also loved King Leopold's Ghost. There were bits of Grapes of Wrath I really liked... Favorite Quotes: "Oh come on, you break out the glitter pens you know its gonna be a good day!" -Steph (as said to Nancy) "I just found a knife and butter in my coat. Never know when you might need it." --Hadley "I used to be a HUGE Alias fan, so I love finding things on the internet because it makes me feel like a super sleuth." - Caitlin (bahaha oh how she makes me laugh) "Self-government is our right. A thing born in us at birth; a thing no more to be doled out to us or withheld from us by another people than the right to life itself--than the right to feel the sun or smell the flowers, or to love our kind. . . . Where men must beg with bated breath for leave to subsist in their own land, to think their own thoughts, sing their own songs, to garner the fruits of their own labours . . then surely it is braver, a saner and truer thing, to be a rebel . . .than tamely to accept it as the natural lot of men." - Roger Casement following his conviction of High Treason, 1916 "There is a crime here that goes beyond denunciation. There is a sorrow here that weeping cannot symbolize. There is a failure here that topples all our success. The fertile earth, the straight tree rows, the sturdy trunks, and the ripe fruit. And children dying of pellagra must die because a profit cannot be taken from an orange. And coroners must fill in the certificate--died of malnutrition--because the food must rot, must be forced to rot. . . and in the eyes of the people there is a failure, and in the eyes of the hungry there is a growing wrath. In the souls of the people the grapes of wrath are filling and growing heavy, growing heavy for the vintage." John "Acting is so fulfulling, but when I sing...well, there are no words. It is who I am." - Stephanie J. Block "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind." -Gandhi "I think I almost got anal raped by a pinecone." -Lauren “I am against religion because it teaches us to be satisfied with not understanding the world" Brady: We must not abandon faith! Faith is the most important thing! "I am nothing special; of this I am sure. I am a common man, with common thoughts, and I've led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me, and my name will soon be forgotten, but I've loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough." -The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks Ok, I have a sister on here and she is really good!! She likes to write stories (while i like to write poetry) and you may have heard of her. Her new pen name is MissMeticulous (it used to be writerwhoalsolovestosing, thank god she changed it that was SOO long, not to mention LAME and extreeeemely unoriginal but whatever.) Yeah so anyway check out her stories but PLEASE don't mention my pen name (and that i have an account here...) I changed it for a reason (i in fact used to be singin4eva99 with my dumb story The Diary of Victoria, but lets not talk about that.) I don't want her to read my poems, because I'm sure as you can all relate, they are really personal and i dont like showing people I know my poems. But that's just me. I dont even show my friends. So yeah, but still read her stuff its really good! And it would be really, really nice if you read my poems too! And reviewed them! lol thank ya much!! Love ya'll! And thanks for your reviews!!!! I LOVE them!!! (dont we all?? unless they're like insults, but whatever. We never get that here at FP, now do we???) MWAH! I WUB YOU ALL!! ~~Megs~~ | |||||||||
