A little about me. I'm a movie and book addict - escaping to other worlds. Most of the time while I'm writing while listening to music (that's how I explain the 300+ times I've listened to certain songs in my music library - ha!) although the sounds of my surrounding environment can be a muse as well.

I dabbled a bit with non science fiction/ supernatural stories (the as yet unfinished western I have posted) but I return time after time to that which I continue to dream about.

I don't pretend to be perfect, if you notice a plot error, misspelling, or anything you think worth dropping me a line, please do so.

Updates: Moving on from Our Deadly Future and my associated frustrations. Yes, once again I left it open ended. I've yet to determine how many "parts" there will be to the Age of the Vampire series. Thus far there is only A Lifeline Till Tomorrow and Our Deadly Future. There is much still to tell. I just need to organize it! I promise to eventually pick up some of my other stories.

Completed Stories
- A Lifeline Till Tomorrow - Kayla, a private consultant/ detective in the Greater London area inadvertently draws the attention of the local vampire clan. Sure, trouble is something she is accustomed to, but can she solve this problem without endangering her entire unit?

- Our Deadly Future - Sequel (though hopefully can stand alone) to A Lifeline Till Tomorrow. Kayla expected a simple life with a mild dash of adventure. After leaving the investigative team, much for their own protection, she has to figure out what to do next. With so many changes happening so quickly, it is easy to let smaller things go by unnoticed. Kayla's problem is that while she is distracted with the DuMont vampire clan, other predators have been stalking her - waiting for their chance to strike. Unlike vampires, some predators aren't merely out for blood.

- Cool Waters - Single chapter story taking place inside the narrator's head. A battered woman dealing with her damages the best she knows how.

Unfinished/ Ongoing Stories
- A Conflict of Interest - A vamp/werewolf story. Adalena must deal with the past misconceptions of both races while the mystery of her fate begins to reveal itself. Dropped to work through ODF before the two stories get muddled since the nature of vampires differs greatly between the two.

- Gold Rush: Strangers in the West - A determined young woman loses everything she loves to a mob out for her blood. Her quest for revenge for the man who raised her sends her down strangely familiar roads. What hadn't the old man told her about her past? This has stalled out for the moment. Still trying to work through the block but it might take time.

- Healing Hands - Mutants exposed themselves to the public and were met with hostility and anger. After a decade of being publicly shunned, most have gone back to hiding their true natures when around 'normal' individuals. Two main groups of mutants exist, those who try to coexist, and those who want to rule over those they see as inferior. One mutant has tried both paths and now walks the middle line. Unfortunately for her, both sides want her allegiance. How long can she maintain independence?

- Midnight Agenda - A nosy journalist stumbles across an old photograph and places an ad in the local paper to try to find the decedents of those in the picture. Instead, she gets a response from someone claiming to have participated. Yet again, stalled out for the sake of maintaining the story while I'm working on ODF.

- Seven Deadly Sisters - Mixing the myth of the seven daughters of Atlas and the seven deadly sins. Started ages ago so forgive the writing if it seems childish.
