K, I'm bored and sitting in college... damn the arts course... because of that, I've huge lunch breaks, and because I've just started back, no homework to do. meh... anyways, currently I'm 18, Irish and female ^_^ I usually go by the nickname Ash and sometimes my writing style varies. I used to do the melodramatic depressing thing but I found out that I can't read anything I wrote over two years ago without cringing horribly so I've meandered to a slightly sarcastic, dry humoured way of writing. I'm more or less a fussy writer who can never post anythingwithout having to spend at least 3-4months twiddling my thumbs and debating whether my work is deemed worthy of being posted and then when I decide it's okay to post, I end up being really lazy and won't type it up for the next month... again...

Alrighty then, since I'm filling this space with random ramblings.. my favourite things:

Music wise: mainly a heavy metal/rock fan, but I'm classicly trained in flute so love classical, aswell as jazz, blues, mellow stuff(?) and basically anything that isn't techno/dance/pop and all that other sh*t

Movie wise: M*A*S*H!!! I'm referring to the series here but I love it. It can be so funny and so sad at the same time.

Literature & whatnot: Terry Pratchett! 'Nightwatch' or 'Wyrd sisters' are vying for my favourite position, but Sam Vimes is the best character. I also like John Milton, John Donne, Gerard Manley Hopkins and Oscar Wilde. And I love art too, especially Kandinsky^_^

Other hobbies: reading, writing, music, (Which I've already written about) art i.e. drawing, painting, pastelles etc. ...emmm, arguing - I can be a tad on the stubborn side, fighting (because I do kickboxing!) and browsing around like so... and fanfiction..^_^ yaoi all the way!

right-o, that's about it for now. I've a lecture to sleep through. slán!
