I have been inactive on here for far too long, I don't really care anymore if people read the old stuff or not. I'm a grad student in Library Science, and I don't have a whole lot of time to keep up with things. You only need to march when the game is only a game, practice is really just practice, yells are meaningless from the screams of your fellow section members, and your parents have to beg you to stop playing. But if you're one of the first type of people just realize, when you reach the competitions, where it's just you on the field, standing at attention, in front of crowds from all over the state, it's worth it. No matter how long you practice, how many games you go to, how many people yell at you, or how many times your parents begged you to practice, it's all worth it to hear the announcement of making State and winning higher than you did last year."
