Suzette (n): Ageless. Timeless. April 21st. In Toronto. Random. University student. Quirky and eclectic. Short in attention span and height. Big hockey fan and listens to a medley of music genres: classical, OSTs, alternative-indie and the oh-so-happy pop-rock. Lives on Whose Line Is It Anyway? Fan of Cate Tiernan, Martine Leavitt, Garth Nix, Stephenie Meyers, Melissa Marr, E.A. Poe, John Wyndham, John Steinbeck, Jane Austen and so much more.
For enlightenment on literature, love, life, and the facts of the universe, I recommend, and love with all my heart: Dr. Seuss.
THE WORKS: NEWS/UPDATES
Vignette Collection - I've managed to put up two vignettes. The first being the more recent and the second being quite old. Please do read and review; that would be greatly appreciated. And Happy Holidays to all!
Future Works - I'm working on more contemporary pieces, which would be a helluva lot shorter than the others. Look out for "Said Chloe" and "Apple Tivoli"; they're far older (in the way they feel) than what I used to write. I guess aging can do that to you. But I won't abandon YA styles or themes. I'm thinking of posting a child's-perspective kind of novella (pre-editing stage; fairly finished), so look out for "Surviving".
The Fat Club - I haven't the time nor the energy to write any
new chapters. I've had two of them lingering in the pre-editing stage,
but I haven't had the heart to look at it. I'm so tired and busy; in
due time, maybe during this break, I'll finally wrap up the story.
Three more chapters to go, is all I'm saying. Or four. It really
depends on how much I've left out. Thanks for reading, even up until
now, after this lengthy hiatus.
