Author has written 12 stories for Friendship, Life, War, Historical, Love, and General. SATIRA: (3-11-07) As I'm editing, I'm noticing the story veering off in a different direction slightly. I only changed a few minor details, and I'm de-maturing the characters. I think it always wanted to go this way, but I was trying to force it in a different direction. UPDATE: I'm so happy with how it's turning out and I hope all of you will be too...:D Profile Updated: 12-20-06 A few tidbits on my writing style: I use a lot of detail. Almost borderline too much. The details galore makes things move slowly. I'm working on it. I edit like a woman on a mission. I'm editing Satira right now; making it more concise and precise. I move at my own pace in everything I do. So, updates can come in at erratic times, sometimes interrupted my long breaks (I don't do it on purpose...) and sometimes I post fast enough to frighten. My free time fluctuates greatly. Sometimes my brain makes connections that others don't get, or that just don't make sense. I need a beta for this. Anyone willing? I have high standards, so no, I don't mind you pointing out mistakes and such. I welcome it, actually. Other Unnecessary Details: I'm rather a friendly person. Every electronic device I touch commits suicide soon after. I read online stories like it's my job. Recommend one (of your or otherwise) and I'll probably read it. I like to feel like what I do has a purpose; like I've made a difference somehow. Writing is one of the ways I hope to accomplish that. Which is why reviews make me so happy. Mon. | |||||||||
