What, me, procrastinate? Never! ... Ok, so I'm lazy. Now, I intended to update this bi-monthly or something. I decided to do that months ago. But I had to finish chapter three (I'm not overly fond of Aranya)... Anywho, I'll be taking time off in the summer to do vacation-type things, but I'll try to write at least five pages a week (so a chapter every two weeks, or thereabouts). And don't worry; only one more major character and about six chapters before the plot gets properly underway!
Oh, and if I don't update before August, somebody send me a nasty email! I actually write more if you bother me! (Or you could tag the tag-board on my website!)
About this chapter (because you might need some explanation): it takes place in the Northlands, in case you missed that. They're supposed to be under Midlander control, but, well... And Aranya is prononced 'ah-RAY-nyah'.

By the Powers, she updated! Yes, I updated. Sorry about the delay; I don't really like Anara, so I was putting off the update... Oh, and just so you know, Anara is pronounced "AA-na-RA", not "a-NA-ra". The stress is on the first and third syllables, not the second one (like the stress in the word 'Italy', rather than in 'banana'). All Midlandish names are like that.

You thought I'd given up on the story, didn't you? Yeah,
admit it! Well, I haven't. Instead, I rewrote chapter
one. Why, you ask? Because it sucked. Yes, I'm going
to be blunt. I honestly don't think there were any redeeming
features in the first chapter. It was rushed, and short, and
pointless. Ok, so it's still pointless, but at least now it's a
good pointless. So go ahead, read and review. The new and
improved chapter two will be up eventually. Oh, and I revised the
magic system, not that it really matters at the moment.

Sorry I haven't updated in so long! I'm NaNoing this month,
so no Areathe updates 'til December. I swear it'll be good then,

Areathe Glossary and Chapter One uploaded. I'm looking for a good
editor (must be able to speak English at least as well as me, and is
preferrably my age or older) to point out all the flaws in my work.
