Hello, my name is Robert (not my real name, but a necessary screen one), I'm currently twenty-two years old and I spend most of my time either reading or writing stories of one kind or another. I'm normally quite easy to spot due to the fact that I have been known to read while walking along a main road or even through the busy narrow streets of York. Some time ago I was part of the Fanfiction.net community, but after being deleted without reason or warning seven or eight times, I gave up and decided to do something else instead. However, my lists, fics and parody songs can now be found on my writing community which I set up for that very purpose. I don't use MySpace, but I do have a livejournal where I have a a sporadic account of what is going on in my day-to-day life both at home and at university in York St John where I'm doing counselling. So if you want to see what I get up to in the real world (well, it's real in my own mind) then please feel free to check it out. My prefered genre is fantasy, though I have been known to write plenty of other genres as well, though I tend to shy away from writing romance. I have a book in print, though sadly not avalible on the general market, but I do have one or two copies left for those who are interested. My current large project is a story set in the real world and following the real world's timeline with certain changes made to it in order to prevent people taking offense and trying to sue me! One day I might put a few chapters here, but I know that stories don't get as much notice as poetry here. Warning- some of the poetry and stories on this account are quite dark and may upset and/or offend people. I have tried to rate the darker ones as high as I can, but I know anyone can still click on them. If you click on a story or poem that does upset or offend you, please remember that I have warned you, and we are all entitled to our own oppinions and freedom of speach To explain something that might be confusing to some, there are number of songs that I will put here that are credited to Data or No Disc Found. The reason for this was that in a story writen years ago there was a band with the above name and they wrote and sang a particular style of song, and I often still write songs that are meant for them. However, all of these songs are still by me and I wouldn't even put something that wasn't by me up here! Some songs will also say that they are someone's 'theme', and this again is refering to people in stories that I've written or am in the process of writing. | |||||||
