Hello.
My name is Courtney. I am a 17-year-old female and a junior in my high school in Louisiana. While most of my friends plan on escaping Louisiana after graduation, I'm staying indefinitely. I work at my city's library after school and on Saturdays with one of my good friends. Most people think shelving books and telling people to shutup all the time is boring. I disagree. I enjoy my work more than most teenagers I know. I also enjoy reading. I read constantly. I write less than I read, but I still write a lot. I don't post everything on here that I write. Some of my writing is just for my own enjoyment and nobody else's. No offense. I also have a tendency to get depressed... The only decent poetry I can write is usually written when I'm in one of my moods. It sucks, but it's me.
