Hey, all. My name is Rachael. I'm fourteen years old, I live in the US, and I've been obsessed with writing forever. I've been writing for as long as I can remember, and although I started out with original works, fanfiction eventually stole my heart and pretty much saved my writing, providing invaluable help with characterization, plot development, and style.
Eventually, though, I started getting ideas for original stories again. Through a very weird tangent of thought, I ended up drafting a first chapter about a snarky social outcast whose father came out of the closet -- as straight. It was originally really a plot driven comedy, but after well over a year, I've finally gotten to know Caley and so while much of the original plot has been scrapped and I'm back to square one, I'm trying to do this for my own personal month-and-a-half late NaNoWriMo. The only story up on my account is an idea I had awhile ago -- the only reason I didn't delete it with the rest of my old junk is because I'm still not entirely sure whether or not I want to continue with it, and I've lost the first chapter and story outline on my computer.
There's some good stuff on my favorites, and I have a feeling I'll be adding more pretty soon.
