Azure Sunset

Length: Thirteen chapters on FP. One hundred fifteen pages in Word. 31300 words.

Current Working Rate: It doesn't help that I think I need to restart the story - again.

Summary: Cy is a changed person after finding the mutilated bodies of her dead family members. Now, nine years later, she undertakes her quest: to avenge those killed. But though she has hunted and killed monsters, can she hunt and kill those human monsters who did the deed? Is she really strong enough to kill in cold blood - and is she strong enough to survive if she does?

Completed:

Black Zenith: 2 chapters, 17 pages, 4021 words. Cypress Aliasania left home not too long after her fifteenth turn, wanting to explore and see the world. She returns more than one full turn later, a changed person - a person in love. But her happiness is shattered when she enters her family home and sees that member after member of her family has been brutally slain.

Disbeliever: 1 chapter, 1 page, 180 words. Basically, something I wrote when I was having a bit of a religious struggle...for the second time in my life. It's sorted out now, but I never threw the (I hesitate to call it a poem) whatever it is away, and so I figured I'd give it some exercise by posting it here.

The Shades of Shadow Series

Shadow: The godrace homeworld is a place of pleasure and power. So why does one of the godrace choose to leave? And can the strage world she discovers serve as a home when the godrace homeworld is wrecked by a terrible plague?

Shades of Shadow: DarkEntity: There are few beings capable of controlling and destroying the gods; in fact, there is only one. Realtha serves as the lone buffer between the full force of the godrace and the powerless races of the worlds - and having a feud with perhaps the most unbalanced god is not a good thing.

Shades of Shadow: MysteriousWeapon: No person enjoys slavery, no matter how pleasurable it might be. Endres, though free in name, is not free in reality. His struggle to deny his purpose and overthrow the tyrannical control of the gods causes troubles not only in his life, but in the lives of those close to him as well.

Independent Works

The Changes We Make: There's only so much a person can take. Aziza Andreas, having barely survived her childhood with her sanity intact, cracks under the pressures of her new life. She's been broken before, but never this badly...this time, can she be saved?

He was the Charismatic King of the Actors, loved by everyone except her and failing half his classes. They've managed to work together cordially before; why should this time be any different?

Psychosis: It takes a certain amount of strength to struggle against not one, not two, not three, but four factors that can ruin a relationship. It takes a certain amount of craziness to overcome not only those four factors, but also a cliche so common it makes you want to cry.
