Author has written 2 stories for Life, and General.

My life is a mixture of extreme stress and happy-go-lucky teenage obsession. I love British quiz shows (Never Mind the Buzzcocks, QI) and other stuff.

I think that my short time as a "short story" writer has come to a calm end. I still like to write shorts and beginnings of stories, but I shall not force their bile on you. Poetry is still a nice, calming way to do something creative.

Music also plays a large part in my life. The Beatles are wonderful and I will listen to almost anything but rap or swearing-filled lyrics. Some of my favorite bands include: The Stone Roses, Bishop Allen, Train, Paul Simon, Scissor Sisters, Beruit, The Kooks, KT Tunstall. I have CD's from Japan and France (Tsuji Ayano and Garou). I love elephants, Japanese, Alan Davies and earrings. Authors: Waugh, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Alastair Reynolds (brilliant!), Tamora Pierce (her new books are much more mature) and Libba Bray. Poets: Emily Dickinson, Craig Raine, Salvatore Quasimodo, Fernando Pessoa, Kay Ryan.

Some Things You Should Know About My Poetry and My Reviews:

-I love reviews. I will always try my hardest to review at least one of your pieces if you review mine. I sometimes review as Rei when I am not signed in. I also will sometimes put the word thanks with my reviews, all it means is that I am thanking you for sharing your poetry or story with the world.

-My poetry is what I think about my own mind and the world as I see it around me. My poetry does not rhyme, and it is not supposed to. Please do not be offended by my posted opinions, but also feel free to say you disagree (politely though). It would make me very happy if you would look at my favorite authors and stories...If you are in my favorite authors none of your stories will be in my favorite stories, but that is not meant as an insult.

-If you are looking for new stuff, try checking to see if anything has new/more chapters (even the poetry). Thanks.
