Dear Reader,If you've come to this page, you must have found one of my stories and liked it enough to look me up. To all who have done this, I say Thank you. If you're here, you must be looking for information about me. I know I like to read profiles that are funny and informative, so I will do my best to make my own as interesting as possible. I would also like to thank all of you who have reviewed my stories, and give special thanks to anyone who has contacted me by e-mail or instant messenger. It's always good to talk to new people. Now, for a bit of information about myself...
I am a teenage girl living in the U.S. I am, according to most, insane(or posessed), and should be locked away for good. I don't claim to be sane, but I don't think I need a straitjacket quite yet. Though I do rather like them...
Music:
(I would say bands, but then again, some of what I like isn't performed by 'bands')
Genres: Opera, Metal, Rock, and really anything except for rap, which gives me headaches.
To say one thing, though. I love music, I always have and I always will. Certian kinds of music are just...powerful. I can sit and do nothing but listen for hours on end, though I have been known to sing along.(I'm a tenor, isn't that odd? A female tenor...my voice isn't actually that bad, though.) The best music I have ever heard is performed by Therion. The first song I ever heard by them was 'Symphony of the Dead.' I listened to it 72 times before I got more. The first song with words was 'Black Sun,' and when the vocals started I fell out of my chair. Scared the hell out of me...I had never heard anything like it. Now that's one of my favorite songs.
I also love Phantom of the Opera, and think that Gerard Butler has the best voice I've ever heard. Ignore me, though, as I fear that my love for the Phantom has become an obsession. Poor, unhappy Erik...
My favorites are, in order;
Therion(Theli: To Mega Therion, Invocation of Naamah, Symphony of the Dead)
Nightwish(Once: Planet Hell, Nemo, Romanticide)
Richard Wagner(O Fortuna)
Phantom of the Opera(I know it's not a musical group, but I love it anyway)
Sonata Arctica(The Cage, 8th commandment)
Oingo Boingo/Danny Elfman(Dead Man's Party, Just Another Day)
Rammstein(Feuer Frei, Klavier)
Wolfsheim(Broken Whisper, Once in a Lifetime)
There's more, but that's all I'm going to put here.
Movies:
Psychological thrillers, horror, drama, action. Anything that has a point, really.
Favorites(in no real order):
Aliens, Alien Ressurection, Hannibal, Phantom of the Opera, Silence of the Lambs, Red Dragon, Chronicles of Riddick, Pitch Black, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Underworld, The Matrix(all three of them), Donnie Darko, The Order, Stargate, Ocean's Eleven, The Italian Job, Lord of the Rings(any and all), Star Wars(any and all, once again)
TV Shows(no particular order):
Battlestar Galactica(the new one), Lost, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Whose Line is it Anyway?
Hobbies:
Drawing, Sculpting, Making Masks, Roleplaying, Composing, video games, cooking, writing, reading, lockpicking(though I'm not very good), making traps, card tricks, ancient myths and legends, history, and the like.
Collections:
I have a dragon collection, which has become very large. This is my pride and joy, and I look for new pieces wherever I go.
I also collect figurines and statues of ancient dieties. Mostly Egyptian, as anything else is often hard to find.
Favorite Objects: My Ipod, my mask(which I have sitting in front of me right now; my coveted true face), my dagger(made of wood, but extremely sharp. Covered with symbols and such), my fife(I cant read your music, but I can make my own), my trenchcoat(black, hooded, flowing. So comfy and warm. Attracts stares, though), and(of course, no Phantom of the Opera fan is complete without one), my Punjab Lasso. I made it myself.
Books:
I like all sorts of books, but these are my favorites. No order at all:
Dante's Inferno, The Historian(Elizabeth Kostova), The Belgariad/Malloreon(David Eddings), Phantom of the Opera(Gaston Leroux), Dracula (Bram Stoker), anything by Dan Brown, Nietzsche, or Amelia Atwater-Rhodes.
Now, on to the physical description. You've gotten into my head, based on the information I put here. So you already have an opinion formed about me. Hell, your opinion was probably already formed when you read my stories(assuming you have read them, that is). Now, it's time to find out what I actually look like. Amazing, no?
I'm about 5'3", last time I checked. Short brown hair(over the years it's darkened from blonde), which I have dyed red(because red is the egyptian color of evil). I have a rather pale complextion, made even more so by the fact that I dont go outside unless I have to. I am(in appearance) a goth, though few of my friends are. I have blue eyes, which(apparently, I haven't seen this myself, but have had people tell me) change to green or even glow when I'm angry. Though I've only gotten one report of the glowing, from my cousin, who was scared almost out of her wits by it. Other then that, I'm fairly average, though I am a bit stronger then I look. My hearing and smell are jacked up beyond belief, but they waver sometimes depending on my mood. Reflexes too...I love martial arts, and people tell me I have a lot of natural talent because I can move faster then pretty much everyone if I have to. I find, though, that I prefer my mask to my face. Especially since my mask is finally complete. Not that I have a bad face or anything(I used to, but I'm not going to go into that), it's just that the mask is so much...better. It's more me then my own face.
