I'm 32 year old wife and mom. After years and years of accumulated stories from the broadcast industry, I've decided to share a few (all wrapped up in romance and humor). Many of the events in my stories are actual (including smelly morning show co-hosts and running down the tarmack chasing the traffic plane). Be grateful that radio is, in large part, theatre of the mind. Most jocks are not as attractive or as personable as Bender or Beck in person. Most of them could be likened to the Dixie Rose or Krenshaw characters. Please, please, please review! I am a chronic procrastinator who needs ridiculous amounts of encouragement and/or criticism to keep my momentum going! Thank you in advance!
I just posted a bunch of drabbles I wrote while in college. They brought back some great memories. And it's nice to see the reviews from people who are college-aged now and know that not a whole lot has changed in all these years. The feelings of elation and insecurity are still there for this generation as they were for mine.
They will be posted on my webpage (eventually) which is mainly an outlet for my inane fascination with writing BtVS fanfiction. I have delusions that Joss Whedon and Marti Noxon actually read the fanfic when they're bored and they'll be contacting me any day to get to work on the quadrant of AtS TV movies they're contracted to produce. Hey, a girl can dream!
