Author has written 10 stories for Young Adult, Life, General, and Historical.

Good day.

My name is Jessica, or Whirr, as I am generally known in cyberspace. I'm sixteen and I've been writing for years, but most of the time I'm too self-conscious to let anyone read it. I'm also sort of a perfectionist, so it generally takes me months to upload new chapters. My life goal is to speak four or more languages (I'm nearly halfway there). I want to be a writer or an anthropologist. I work in a book store and I judge people by the books they purchase. Go figure.

I have four 'in-progress' stories at the moment:

The (near) Killing of Mirabel Jones -- I started this many years ago. I think I'm having a break from it at the moment.

Alexa Ackett -- New-ish. About a girl with a slightly scary/dangerous obsession.

Red Dust -- Something I started writing a long time ago, and recently started on again.

Fan -- My newest. The dedication is made in full seriousness. If it's not dedicated to you, you most probably will not understand. You have been forewarned.

I just joined Young Writers 101. Go there.
